North Atlantic Landscape

It has been three years and we are still fixing the mistakes made by North Atlantic. Not only did they not listen when we were originally installing the patio, graded the patio into our garage (fun when it rains), they have ruined a large portion of our yard and our garden by extending the sand, rocks, and landscape fabric over 5 feet past the patio we asked them to install. When we asked them to fix it 3 years ago, they came and promised that it was all set. We have lost hundreds of dollars in plants and grass due to their lack of quality or promise. This was my 3rd effort to remove their mess and has cost me not only money, but 15+ hours of personal hard labor to repair the damage. I would not recommend them to anyone and I wasnâ t going to post anything, but spending 6 hours digging everything up yesterday, made me feel otherwise. Stay away!

Stay away! ***Response to below comment*** There wasn’t an email correspondence, but direct phone conversations with the project manager Larry. We spoke with him often and relayed our frustration. He was the one that assured us that the project was fixed.

Workers who came listened to what we wanted exactly, and did the job professionally and courteously.

My yard was completely hijacked by bittersweet vines. A crew of 5 spent an entire hot, humid, sunny day clearing my yard. It looks as though someone snapped their fingers & removed the pesky weed without a trace of their work. Not only were they conscientious of my existing plants, my yard is spotless! This crew was prompt, efficient, & helpful in sharing tips about lawn care & gardening. You wonâ t be sorry!!

NAL called about 30 min after I filled out the info on Home Advisor. The next day a representative came out for a site visit and I had a written quote the next day. Was able to schedule the job within 7 days. The crew was on time and courteous. The work area had to be excavated in preparation for a new base. They went above and beyond by relocating the material to a few low spots on the lawn where tree stumps had been decaying. The walkway installation turned out fabulous with a tremendous attention to detail! I m verrry happy!
