Peter was wonderful! He went above and beyond to help us, including making an extra trip at no additional charge when we ran into a problem during the first appointment. He also made an extra trip to be sure our radon tests would have the adequate 48 hrs. to be able to make the mail on a Saturday and he brought our water sample from Conway to the lab in Lee so that it would get there before the Thanksgiving holiday.
His inspections were VERY thorough, and he provided detailed explanations with pictures of all problems in his written report, including using a camera to inspect the pipes from the septic tank to the leach field. We had the report the same night he completed the inspections.
He is licensed and has 21 years of experience, which really shows. Peter is very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and dependable. We will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.
