Nick Gray Builders LLC

Nick is a young guy but he is very professional and knowledgeable and knows how to do things right. I find it very difficult to find contractors in this area and most are either too busy working on multi-billion dollar projects or are too available because they are hacks and burnt too many bridges in the area. We initially met with Nick and it was nice to find someone who is intelligent and skilled. He stays up to date on new building products and will provide you with the right solution, not just a quick fix to get your money. He does contract some of the work to his various sub-contractors (plumbing, drywall, paint) and acts as a GC but did also stay actively involved and managed the subs. Nick is a talented craftsman and did great finish work in the bathroom and made good decisions when reaching unexpected issues. I did have an issue come up with his subs cleaning up after themselves. Nick responded immediately and apologized, came by to let us show exactly what we were not happy with and cleaned everything up himself right then and there. I am a very particular person and have had numerous nightmare experiences with contractors in this area and thought Nick did a great job and his price was fair. I would definitely hire him again and that says a lot considering I wouldn't send my worse enemy to most of the other contractors I have used in this area. He is a stand-up guy.
