Auto Radiators
WE TOOK OUR 2002 SATURN TO ROCHESTER RADIATOR IN NEW HAMPSHIRE FOR A COMPLETE ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM FLUSH AND TO UNCLOG THE HEATER CORE. THEY TOOK A WEEK BEFORE THEY COULD SEE THE CAR THEN ONLY FLUSHED THE HEATER CRE AND NOT THE ENGINE AS IT STILL WAS FULL OF PLAIN WATER AND OIL FROM A FAILED OIL COOLER. NOW WHY WOULD YOU ONLY FLUSH A SMALL PORTION OF THE CARS COOLING SYSTEM AND THEN NOT REPLACE THE WATER WITH ANTIFREEZE????? THEY CHARGED $120.00 FOR ONLY DOING 1/2 THE JOB AND NOW THE HEATER CORE IS GOING TO RE-POLLUTED WITH OIL FROM THE UNCHANGED WATER/OIL MIX STILL IN THE ENGINE????? WHEN MY DAUGHTER CONFRONTED THE OWNER ABOUT THIS COMPLETE BLATANT LACK OF PERFORMANCE ON THEIR PART HE JUST WALKED OFF AND IGNORED HER. WE WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN
