Started off good the containers were delivered the day before the demo was to start. Two containers which were to be swapped out with empties as they were filled. They didn't come back till 3 pm. They were supposed to be ther at 10 am. This job would have been done by 3 pm but instead took 3 days because because dispute several calls they did not care. They kept saying we don't do that we would not have told you that. All of which is untrue. They did however take my money and cos me Two EXTRA DAYS FOR THE EXCAVATOR AND OPERATOR ! They also didn't care about that either. They did repeatedly say" THANK YOU FOR USING WASTE MANAGEMENT WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS". Followed by we don't do that . What was your credit card number again. Absolutely maddening. Never use this company again!!
