The work was done efficiently with demolition, antimold treatment, insulation, drywall installation done in 4 days.  Excellent clean up every day after work done.  Contractor and crew were punctual in the morning, telephoned on way over, and worked without a lot of breaks.  Were willing to work around my schedule.  Very helpful with explanations and material selections.  Paint and trim work were excellent.  Have already begun next project, renovating bathroom.  Very fair and competitive pricing.

There were some bumps, but overall we are satisfied with the job.

The contractor polyurethane'd over sanded floors that were never close to being ready. I should have know; contractor rented the equipment , meaning he is not really in that type of business.

Floors needed to be sanded a second time, better; but, way away from a and quot;good joband quot;.

The experience went very well. They were timely, precise and professional.
