TREMBLAY & SON HEATING

After discussing how unhappy I was with the last two hot water heaters I had installed (by other contractors) Tremblay and Son recommended a stainless steel water heater.  They came back the very next day, on time with all the necessary tools, equipment and parts and did the new water heater installation. They removed the old water heater and all trade litter before leaving and serviced the boiler at a price impossible to beat in this area. My neighbor's water heater died last week so I recommended Tremblay & Son. My neighbor, who recently purchased their home, called Tremblay & Son that same afternoon and was equally pleased with the quote he received and the response time. They showed up the next morning, as they said they would, and installed a stainless steel water heater. They removed the old one and trade litter as is custom with these guys. My neighbor was as happy as I was with their expertise, professionalism, punctuality and price. I highly recommended Tremblay & Son and so does my neighbor!!!

provider never repaired the unit. I was very upset after 2 months of promises that it would be fixed. I asked them to leave and they never called  us to resolve the issues, we are now left with a leaking unit and no one who knows how to fix it. We are senior citizens and have been through so many heating people and no one knows how to work on this unit.

didn't know what they were doing.. charged me for work that wasn't done, work was done at later time, but not correctly  cause more damage and cost me more money after i went to another company who corrected and fixed everything.
