Most impressive to me was that he returned on multiple occasions to troubleshoot and finally repair a problem that turned out to be more about the fuel supply than about the furnace or his work, and only charged us for the last of those service calls. Ted seems to be a business man with a lot of integrity. Not always easy to find these days. Highly recommended!
