Repair estimates on all tvs to see if its worth the fix. Most are. We do charge a small fee for in home and also a estimate fee at check in. But this is applied towards the final bill. Plus, we sell extended tv warranties as long as you still have 6 months left on the original manufactures warranty.

FYI: You can do a test of the remote itself with your cell phone to determine if it is the remote or the sensor on the TV that is not working. Hold your cell phones camera pointed at the sensor on the remote & press any button on the remote. If you can see any flash of light, the remote is sending the signal.
I called Rochester TV to get an approximate cost of the repair, as to whether I should repair or just replace the TV. It was well worth the $100 repair. I was very satisfied with the skill, knowledge & prompt service that Rochester TV provided & would highly recommend them!
