Although these smooth talking salesmen seem to listen to your requests and needs ultimately they do the minimum amount of work with cheap materials or give you a bill for triple the cost of the materials after the fact. These "carpenters" will wheel and deal you into what they say is top of the line and give you the bare bones. I found out after our deck was built that the material they used was not the top of the line as we paid (double) for but the low end composite. There was always an excuse as to why the work went over the original time frame but it doesn't take a genius to know you have to show up to get the work done. Ultimately the project was finished and the work done adequate but the headaches and lies ruined the experience for us. I truly wish we had used a company with more dedication to the project and less excuses. I will use Angie's list in the future to help guide me. =)
