My husband drives a van for work so we needed to park 3 vehicles and the owner here was not happy about me parking on the lawn. It was either pay to put in a space or lose my car and stay home as I can't get in our truck anymore.
I called 11 providers in the area and only 5 called back. Of the 5 Dennis was the only person to give a realistic price. The rest overbid because it was a small job and they didn't really want to do it.
I told Dennis we had to move down into this space due to my worsening disabilities and need to be closer to family, but won't be here very long and didn't want to spend a bunch of money.
He was terrific about being honest and saying he wouldn't make much on the job but if I wasn't in a hurry he could do it as a fill in. The job was done during three work periods over a time of about two weeks and each time there was no mess, no fuss.
First they pulled the sod, the next time they laid the gravel and today they finished it.
It's clean, neat and will be a great resale addition to the mobile when we sell it again as few have 3 car parking.
I was not asked for any money until the job was done and the price was just as expected.
I would highly recommend Dennis and Pride with no hesitation.
