Professional and prompt.
Mark had some equipment problems on the first day but called me to let me know that he would be late. That was very nice and unexpected of him! Let me just say that Mark and his helper work like dogs! They are very respectful of your property. Mark is very knowledgeable in his field and it was very interesting speaking with him to gather some new found education regarding trees! They work fast and hard regardless of the heat and let me tell you- it was HOT! They removed the trees and cleaned up the yard of any debris. He even rinsed off a couple of our cars that were there because they had dust on them! We ran into a problem with the city and his wife actually called them on our behalf to educate the City about what they were doing and the fact that they were cutting according to the appropriate RSA!
With that being said, we had agreed to have Mark cut specific trees and he was going to take them to the mill AS WE WANTED THAT WOOD AS IT WAS VENEER QUALITY and have them cut for us to keep the wood for projects. That was 6 months ago. I have followed up numerous times and have gotten nothing but excuses and no wood. At this point I suspect that he sold the wood to the mill and we will never see it. I am very disappointed because we initially thought that he was an upstanding guy. We were wrong.
DON'T CONTRACT WITH HIM.....
