Excellent service. Always arrived at stated times, professional and left with everything clean and in it's place. Called with questions both before and after install and always returned calls in a timely manner and was very helpful. If not satisfied with the answer, they came right out to our home for review and discussion.

The gentleman who came arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He explained what's involved in a changeover of provider (it's not that simple) and recommended waiting until the tanks were nearly empty. The price per gallon that he quoted was much better than I'm paying now. When I do make a change, I'm very likely to go with this company.

I moved from about 20 miles away to Rochester. I chose to keep my previous oil provider. So we had gotten two or three oil deliveries since summer when we moved. Then the furnace was rumbling and we decided to have it serviced. We thought that we would call the company that had serviced it in the past since they had a history with this unit. When I called, just about the first question from the company's phone rep was whether I was currently a customer of Eastern. No, I said and explained that I had kept my previous supplier from my last home. "Well, if you want us to service your furnace, you have to get at least one oil delivery before we can schedule you." I had just gotten a delivery so I couldn't take any oil, but even beyond that I didn't like having to buy oil from them just for the privilege of getting the furnace serviced.

Everything went great. The tech was very friendly and knowledgable.

Inspected and serviced oil burner, inspected oil tank, delivered oil, did survey and answered questions about adding propane. (3 separate visits)

Eastern Propane is a great local company. They are always punctual and responsive, follow through on their committments, and do good work for reasonable rates.
