I was very happy with the service. My husband dropped off the sewing machine and the provider told him it would be approximately two weeks to complete the service due to their backlog, but they called within ten days to say it was all set. They also called 2-3 days after getting the machine to ask some questions about why I was using a particular thread to be sure they set the tension correctly. When I went to get the machine the person who assisted me was very knowledgeable about my particular machine and was terrific in listening to my questions and providing easily understandable explanations. I would definitely use them again and will include them as a potential seller if I decide to purchase a new sewing machine!
