He received the funds, removed the old furnace, and didn't install a new one. He showed up intoxicated and never gave me my money back. He didnt have all the proper tools either. I had to get him a dolly, a saw, and he didn't even have a pipe threading machine. I still haven't got my money back and I had to hire someone else. The other plumbing company said he was going to slip in a new furnace with old parts.
