Few items were noticeably cleaned, but floors were still so dirty. Dust still on everything including but not limited to sills, mantel, and tv stand. Tried kindly contacting owner to reach a resolution and no response for days. Then I said I was going to report her and she finally responded very defensively. She didn't believe my photos were from after she came and gave me the run around. After I showed her the time stamps on a few, she wasn't willing to come to a resolution. I don't trust her and didn't want her in my home again. Asked for a partial refund but she came up with excuses not to. Worst customer service I have experienced. I'm a manager of a business and never would I talk to a customer the way she talked to me.
