Description of Work: Left a message, didn't get a call back for several days. Left another message, got a call back and discussed the job. He seemed interested, but was unable to give me a time when he could come to look at the job and suggested that I call him in a couple of weeks. Was unable to reach him again for several weeks. When I finally did reach him, he told me that he didn't want the job and would have his nephew (??) call me since he lives closer to me. I never got a call from the nephew.

Description of Work: Rick was called and came on very short notice to come do a house inspection for me. He showed up on time despite the short notice and was very fair with his bill. The real estate agent was here while the inspection was done. She was very impressed with his knowledge of all parts of the house and what needed to be inspected & possibly worked on. He thought of things to check that other house inspections she'd gone to hadn't thought of to protect a buyer. He was very professional. I would hire him to do work on my home and will be making plans in the near future to use his services.

Description of Work: We have had this Carpenter work on various odd jobs around our home. He installed storm doors, chair rail, panelling, shower doors, insulation in our home since 2008. Very professional and very fair prices. He is a licensed Carpenter for both unfinished and finished carpentry work and also certified for lead paint removal.
