In trying to repair a rotted window sill, I found that I needed to have the frame completely rebuilt. In the process the staff at RBS took the time to talk me through the process and help me understand the best way to remove the window. Once out, they used my rotted one as an example and built a new one from scratch. The fit was slightly off, but when I pointed that out, then made the necessary adjustments on the spot. Highly knowledgable and friendly staff.
