PRIDE ROOFING

Fantastic... Dave monitored and worked to make sure the job went fast and no detail was missed. This
was a fairly large job but was executed extremely well. Very professional. I would recommend to anyone
who wants a quality job.

Very punctual and responsive !Dave  answered all my questions and was very patient when I was deciding on the shingle. ..which took me a long time. 
The day after I dropped off the contract-- the roof materials were at my house and the next day the roof was done! Dave and his crew were very polite and professional and very hard working. Within 3 hrs my roof was completely stripped and the back side was done! He uses big tarps and did his best to  protect my flowers and shrubs--  I was expecting my flower beds to be trampled --and all I lost was  3 lilies ! I was relieved !  Cleanup was great and Dave even came back later in the day after workers were long gone to do one more walk through and pick up tiny bits and pieces. Price was very reasonable and roof looks great. Lots of roofers and lots of shysters out there --but Dave isnt one of them.  Straight up business.

They mobilized to site a day later than expected but called to inform me of the delay, an appreciated professional courtesy. The quality of their work was first rate as my neighbor who knows roofing observed. The work ethic of the crew was exemplary. They put in long days with an impressive level of effort for the entire day. The house is three stories with a steep pitch. Some contractors wouldn't quote it; others charged extra for the steepness of the pitch.
Cleanup was very well done. I found no debris left on the property or nails from the stripped old roof. In summary there was no evidence that they had even been there. Dave at Pride Roofing was thorough and attentive to details. From my experience, this contractor is everything one hopes to find when making a selection.

Dave came out and provided an estimate. We chose Pride roofing based on a recommendation and the price. They came out the next week stripped the roof in one day and replaced it the next. It is better workmanship than the original and they were very meticulous about catching all debris in tarps and cleaning up everything before they left. I would recommend them for any roofing work.

I received 3 bids where Dave's bid was not the highest or the lowest. I appreciated Dave taking his time showing me where his adjustments would help prevent the leaks I was experiencing. The scheduled date was changed a few times due to the weather but he was always in contact with me so I was aware of the changes. His crew showed up on time and finished in one day as promised.

It wasn't too hot so he was in no dangers, and we figured any guy who had such a sweet dog was OK in our book.. The were quick to answer our initial phone call. (2 other contractors took their time) They came to look at the job and gave us an estimate well before the other contractors even came. It took about a week for them to email us the estimate, and as soon as we responded by email they ordered the material. They were ready to do the job in less than a week. I give them a B rating only because they did not come the day they had said they would. (However we do realize they had another job to finish first. We only wish they had given us a call to let us know they were not coming) They did the job early in the AM the next day. They were professional and we enjoyed meeting them. On a side note..we loved the dog who waited very patiently in the shade in one of their trucks. He was in no danger because it wasn't that hot. We figure any guy who has a dog as his best friend must be pretty neat. :)

We continue to have two areas that are leaking. They have been slow to respond in fixing it. We are hoping it will get done before the weather becomes too cold.

Well, the same places are still leaking. We also have asked them to replace another skylight (a different one). That was several weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. Hated to do this but I changed our ratings.

They were very good.

I had employed Pride Roofing some years ago on two other roofs and had been very pleased with their services, so I asked the owner, Dave Estabrook, for his advice about some loose shingles on my house roof. His advice was simple and to the point; he did not recommend any unnecessary work, arrived on schedule, did a neat job, and charged a reasonable amount. I would describe him as honest and dependable, and would certainly hire him again.
