Mike showed up on time, surveyed the house and provided some tips and recommendations. He then sent me along a quote for all of the scraping sanding and painting. It also included some mold remediation on my soffits. The quote was very detailed and itemized, and clearly separated labor and supplies. Despite many rainy days where work could not be performed, Mike completed the job when he said he would. He also kept in very close contact with me with regard to his progress, by sending me daily email updates.
Towards the end of the painting, I asked if he could add in a gutter cleaning, and I would pay for this in addition to the quoted sum. He finished everything days later, including my gutters. He did not charge me for the gutter cleaning, and everything was completed at the original quoted price. He even gave me the leftover paint since I had paid for it. My house looks great, and people keep telling me so.
