Marilou Strickland wasmy buyer agent when I recently bought my first home. She helped find the house, referred me to the necessary inspection companies, researched the house's history, helped me decide my lowest and highest offer, and kept me calm through the process. I never knew there was such a thing as a "buyer agent" and that i should get someone to represent me. She is awesome
