We could not be happier with Bob and his company. Today we were looking for someone to remove a stump, after several people came by and said the job was too big, Bob was recommended. He was here within 30 minutes and said he could do the job. He would be back Monday or Tuesday (7/25-7/26). 45 minutes later he called back and said he had an opening today and could do it now if we wanted. Bob was back within the hour and the stump is gone and the hole filled in. Bob and his crew are polite, friendly and great at what they do. We will be using them again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

The finished product looks great. The crew that did the work was very respectful, and took great care completing the job and even cleaning up after themselves. Reasonably priced as well. Would recommend highly. You won't be disappointed.

I received a rapid response for a free consultation and options were provided A plan was decided , a detailed contract emailed requesting a 50% deposit with a start date. The job required 3 days and was completed a week after the contract was signed. Water no longer lingers at the bottom of my driveway. But is instead rerouted with proper drainage pavers and tubing. We are very pleased with working with this company and all the professional workers.

Dick's team showed up on time a few weeks later and did a great job.  They cleared away brush, dug up tree and shrub roots, brought in several yards of gravel to level the site and then topped the 12'x12' area with crushed stone.  When the shed installation team arrived a month later to install the shed, they were impressed with the work that had been done.  |

Very nice people to do business with. They were very flexible and accommodating of our schedule as well as that of our electrician's. The work turned out nicely and they tidied up after the work was complete. It only took a few phone calls, a visit to our house to go over the specifics and then they took care of the rest. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. I would definitely contract them again in the future.

The work they did for me was (this week) reviewed by an independent consulting civil engineer.  The work was dug up and inspected for workmanship and quality one year after the installation, and remained perfect and thorough.  The engineer actually suggested that she would recommend LaBrie Landscaping in the future!  Very, very professional in an industry which is a minefield of incompetency.

After the initial visit and discussion on what exactly we wanted done, the Labrie brothers company showed up on time the agreed upon date with a crew that completed the job in less than a day. One half of the cost was paid as a deposit and I was billed for the balance after completion. They did a great job. Unfortunately, as the case in New England, the weather undid some of their work about a week later.

It went fine.  They stayed with it - even though some sprinkler heads were buried.

They ripped out the current stairs and ripped up the bricks we have down on 9/11. Still in process due to weather.

LaBrie sets themselves apart for special reasons -- professionalism, thoroughness of work, team of workers that are polite and appropriate, the strong sense of collaboration and degree of engagement with the client and they want to do the "right" thing...and they take pride in their work. Also very important -- they do what they say they are going to do...and more. When I move out of the development, I will use LaBrie Landscaping at my new location.

Horrible!
They completely underestimated the type of equipment needed to complete the job.  They said it would only take a couple hours to complete the job and they barely made a scratch in the rock after working on it all day.
Their lack of experience led the general contractor to have conniptions because it delayed his schedule since time is money.
I had to call a different contractor to come blast it out but LaBrie's mistakes put us behind schedule and over budget.

They contacted me immediately and were enthused the start the excavation/foundation/driveway work. They are prompt hardworking, straight shooters. They did everything we asked for meeting our deadlines and more. They worked in a drainage pipe beside my house that caused leaks in my existing cellar as well as a drain across my driveway that has been washing out the crushed asphalt for 28 years. They were professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. I am a very satisfied customer!!!

Started out not great, got worse. Signed the contract to begin work and sent a deposit of half the contract amount, work didn't start until a couple weeks after they said they would, project dragged on for 2 months when they said it would take 2 weeks. The result that we contracted for isn't bad, but not as we expected. In addition, they caused damage to our property. They mangled our sliding door frame and sill. They hit it when digging with a backhoe too close to the house (should have dug by hand). It cannot be fixed because Pella doesn't carry replacement parts for a 6 yr old door. They also fell through our septic tank when they drove over it with heavy equipment. They went back and forth with us for weeks about who would pay to fix it. They told us they would, but when they had the tank out, they said they wouldn't put the new one in unless we gave them a check. (Both of these issues are being dealt with by our insurance company at this point.) They hydroseeded the lawn but it is too late for the seed to grow before winter. They said they brought in loam as specified in the contract, but we never saw it and the lawn doesn't look like it has loam. The brick patio came out nice. The expectation for the stone wall was that it match the other walls, but they used large boulders and granite chunks instead. The quality is relatively good, but not what we told them we wanted.
