Tracy Metivier, Realtor

I definitely believe that my hand was guided the day I sent out my initial contacts to several realtors who were associated with properties in which we were interested in the Southern New Hampshire area. Tracy Metivier was the first to respond and immediately took great interest in our somewhat unique situation. I spoke with other realtors, but Tracy definitely stood out amongst all that I had contacted. All through the process, she was caring, professional to the utmost, thorough and extremely supportive. There is no doubt in my mind what so ever that she went WAY above and beyond to find the properties that met our needs and work through the usual (and a few somewhat difficult) problems that arose along the way. She was always THERE for us, kept us in touch by phone and email as every step was accomplished and did a masterful job in scheduling property viewings, scheduling inspections, and arranging the final details leading up to the closing. Tracy did all of this within our somewhat rigid time restriction. We had to have ownership of the appropriate property by a certain date. Of significance as well was her kindness to us! I consider this to be a major quality and one that was so much appreciated during our professional association with Tracy. To say that we were absolutely and totally impressed with Tracy is an understatement. I am fully confident that had we not been blessed with Tracy working on our behalf, this home purchase would have been much more complicated and worrisome for my family and me. As a result, I am fully confident in recommending Tracy Metivier for anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate in the Southern New Hampshire region.
