They performed the warranty repair and took care of everything with Panasonic. First, they answered the phone. (No voice mail.) Then they were extremely pleasant to work with. It was very smooth. I'd
recommend them any day. They had to diagnose the problem, order the part and install. As some things happen, had to order another part. But they left us with a working TV all the time -- just some features not up to par. Overall a very good supplier of service to work with. They know what they are doing and they are very professional. They arrive when they say and work around your schedule. Excellent and highly recommended.
