 + -1 moreThey performed the warranty repair and took care of everything with Panasonic. First, they answered the phone. (No voice mail.) Then they were extremely pleasant to work with. It was very smooth. I'd recommend them any day. They had to diagnose the problem, order the part and install. As some things happen, had to order another part. But they left us with a working TV all the time -- just some features not up to par. Overall a very good supplier of service to work with. They know what they are doing and they are very professional. They arrive when they say and work around your schedule. Excellent and highly recommended.

Description of Work: Our new microwave was experiencing problems which seems to be a problem with the model. Tony's did not charge for the repair as the manufactor handled the cost. Mark came to our house in a timely manner and even the same day as the part arrived. He was very fast, accurate and professional. He fixed the part and was on his way in a very short amount of time. The whole experience was so different than the last appliance repair shop we used. Would call Tony's and/or Mark anytime needed . Customer service mattered to them!
