I will never use this company again. They repeatedly had to come back to fix mistakes they admitted they didn't do in the first place. The team training person would always come to "evaluate" the job after I complained and always admitted that my concerns were valid. They would just not clean the same areas over and over. For example, the shower was sometimes never done. The tip of the iceberg was when I had to pretreat my own sink, shower and stove and they still didn't wipe the softscrub off those places!! One of the team members also rolled her eyes at me!

Their management is incompetent is addressing their poor service and care more about collecting the check than making the customer happy with their work.

They did a very good job. They work as a team. There were some things that I was not completely happy with but it was still a good job. They will use whatever cleaning supplies you want them to.
