Quality Insulation of Portsmouth

Estimator came within 24 hours of my request. Was told they would send 3 persons and be done in about 40 minutes. Fiberglass to be white, not color pink. Installation completed within one week of initial contact. Scheduling snafu i.e. told me arrival between 0800 and 0930; and that I would be the first job of the day. Called at 0930 and they seemed confused, the crew was on another job first. Agreed that they would contact that crew to give me an estimate of when they would arrive. I was never told, but at 1040 a different "crew" of one person arrived. Installer, installation/workmanship and product was professional and quality exceeded my expectations. Actual installation took 2 hours. My total time 4.5 hours. Scheduling and communication with the office staff was less than desirable.

With the exception of one creepy worker, the other were all professional and hard working. The project took 12 days, rather than the quoted 4. If the creepy guy wasn't here alone, the work would have been dome much faster. Even the other workers complained about the creepy guy. Other than him and the long amount of time, our experience was very good.
