We weren't exactly easy buyers... we started out with a budget that was a bit more than we really should have spent, and requirements that were a bit absurd for our price range. Nonetheless, Paul stuck with us, showed us some very interesting properties, and gradually educated us about the real estate market in Seacoast NH.
We ended up finding an amazing house in a perfect neighborhood. Paul did a full analysis, and recommended that we put in a bid that was well below asking. It was accepted! His read on the sellers was spot on. He then managed the entire closing process so smoothly that we just had to show up and sign.
