 + -1 moreHe did a great job. We have used him several times and he is always courteous and discusses the different options for completing the task before proceeding. He works diligently and takes appropriate breaks during the day. He will also let you know about concerns he has during a project, eg. lead paint, and if the project is out of his scope (some electrical and plumbing work).
Description of Work: Removed wallpaper from a closet that is being converted to a make-up area.. Patched holes in drywall and skim coated walls to make them flat. He also repaired a drippy faucet, cleaned out the faucet trap, and installed drain plunger. He also repaired broken flooring.
