He did a great job. We have used him several times and he is always courteous and discusses the different options for completing the task before proceeding. He works diligently and takes appropriate breaks during the day. He will also let you know about concerns he has during a project, eg. lead paint, and if the project is out of his scope (some electrical and plumbing work).
