 + 0 moreIt went very well. My father-in-law didn't have insurance and paid on a sliding scale. I myself have been with some other dental clinic in the area and felt strongly that this place does a better job listening and caring than many others. And their charge even without the sliding scale is very reasonable.
Description of Work: My father-in-law came to visit us and needed some dental work. We managed to get an appointment there.

 + -1 moreIt worked very well, we ended up getting a discount on the service, and the doctor managed to prescribe my in-laws generic drugs from Wal-mart that was very inexpensive. We are so happy that there is such a wonderful service in the area.
Description of Work: My in-laws were visiting us from overseas and without medical insurance. They needed some medical assistance and we came to Families First. The doctor, nurse and other personnel are all very helpful. They spent time with us, listened patiently, and took the financial situation into consideration.

 + 0 moreFamilies First recommended a Deep Cleaning an option not previously offered to me and it worked. $200 for 4 quadrants vs $1200 for each. I LOVE the quality of care that I receive.
Description of Work: My previous Periodontist said I needed flap surgery; it seemed that once a year I needed flap surgery. Now that I was living mainly on Social Security I felt I couldn't afford this a went to Families First who offered a sliding scale.

 + -1 moreThey are very good. Two things really stand out about this practice, the quality of the air, and the customer service, the people are treated very well. The office environment is very nice, and I've never had to wait more than half an hour. Their communication is excellent, while speaking to my provider, they are very clear. They deal directly with my insurance company, so I don't even see their billing. I do charity work with them, but that's not affiliated to their medical or dental practices.
Description of Work: I use Families First Health Center for my health and dental needs. I have been using them for six years. I am a diabetic, and in addition to seeing my regular medical provider, I go to attend the monthly diabetic group meetings which they have. They also have a family practice that I am in, and a dental practice.
