It was a lot of hassle to do comparison shopping for service, and I am very lucky to have worked with East Coast. They are super busy for a reason, they are good and honest and a pleasure to work with, but with a bit patience in scheduling since they are so busy.

Waited for several weeks to get the job on the calendar, but once it is scheduled, everything went smoothly. Could have been more helpful with the rebate process. I'm not likely able to get the rebate due to the choice of the water heater.

Fast forward two years and another property. I am have issues with my system, I hope I have the same experience with a boiler that they don't regularly service nor install. Will update.

Upon receiving their estimate we didn't look any further and chose East Coast HVAC to install our new boiler system, and replace our oil tank. They arrived when scheduled and finished the installation right on time. The workmanship was excellent as was the clean up after the job was completed. We're extremely satisfied.

Their proposal was in the middle( price wise) compared to the 3 other quotes I received.
 But what set them apart was the quaility and value of the product. Beckett burner and Weil-Mclain boiler. Excellent produsts. They were on time, cleaned up, and came back a few days later to make sure everything was okay. This is a big decision for us as  home owners. I felt it was a great value.
They are a local family owned business. Our old boiler must have weighed  1000lbs and they took it out with a electric lift. They installed a new digital  thermostat.. The whole experience made me feel very good about trusting them for my heat and if I ever had an emergency they are a phone call away.
 I did not want to go cheap on something that is essential for my home in NH. I wanted value and quaility from a company that is dependable. I got it at East Coast Air. Their prices were in par for this type of work and product.
