About us
Coastal CPR & First Aid, LLC is a small business providing CPR and First Aid instruction on the NH Seacoast and surrounding areas. I am a former EMT-I and have been an instructor for over 10 years. In addition to my business I'm a mom of 4 and an active community volunteer. I teach the skills of CPR and First Aid because I believe everyone can make a difference during the first few minutes of an emergency. I occasionally hear back from people who have attended my classes who have successfully used the skills they have learned - and that is why I do what I do. In addition to teaching I also provide a small line of First Aid kits and other First Aid and CPR related supplies on my website. There is also an affliate link for Road ID - a reasonably priced personalized identification bracelet, anklet or shoe tag that I feel anyone who is out and about without ID should be wearing. Services we offer
American Heart Association CPR, AED and First Aid Instruction. Open courses offered monthly as well as on-location courses for business, groups and new parents. Both BLS for Healthcare Providers and layperson courses are offered. All American Heart Association courses meet OSHA guidelines.
Services we don't offer
All courses meet AHA instructor/lesson plan guidelines. This means that I cannot provide a certification course for the staff of a school or business in just a lunch hour. All courses involve hands-on practice and certification cards are only issued after successful course completion. Everyone must participate to earn the card.
