CLICK'N FIX

The technician showed up on time and was dressed neat in a polo shirt with the PCG logo on it. He introduced himself as Riley. I was comfortable with who he was and what company he worked for. He was able to look at my computer and know exactly what was wrong with it. He sat down and said he started to run some "scans". Riley was able to get the printer up and running and printed my daughter's paper. He asked if I wanted the wires behind the computer neatened up? That was very thoughtful of him. He looked at where the internet came into my house and told me that I should replace one of the ends of the wires. He said he could do that during that visit. Wow! is what I kept thinking...he was doing such a thorough job. So he went to his car and came back in with a tool box and right there, took the end off and replaced it with a new one. He went back to my computer, did some more work on it, shut it down and restarted it. It works great! He said he tested the speed and that was fine. The scans found virus's which he cleaned and removed. He fixed my printer! He was at my house for just over an hour. I would definitely use ClicknFix again! A few days later, I called to ask a question on an icon on my desktop that I didn't remember and Doreen answered the phone and was very nice and did not make me feel foolish for calling and sent me right over to another tech who was able to explain what it was and to ease my mind on it. They are such nice, easy going people.
