CLEANING SAFARI

Description of Work: This is not a complaint against Cleaning Safari, but I wanted people checking this list to know that he sends one time cleaning jobs to his girlfriend, Alicia, who has a Maine phone number. I contacted Cleaning Safari for a one time cleaning, and Alicia called me within a few minutes. I told her my situation that I was buying a condo and wanted it cleaned before moving in. We didn't set an exact time at the time because I didn't know what time the closing would be, but we agreed early afternoon and would confirm the day before. I didn't remember if I was to confirm with her, or her with me, but I had a lot of things on my mind. I called her a little after 9 on the day of the closing to confirm. We had a bad phone connection (I had 4 bars on my cell phone so I assumed she was in an area with low cell reception) but she did say she'd be there at 1 before the call was disconnected. I went to the closing and then called another person who was going to clean the carpets. That's another story, but needless to say, he no longer could make his appointment with me. I called Alicia because she had told me originally she also could steam clean carpets. I left her a voicemail asking if she could arrange to do that on short notice. At 1:30 she still hadn't shown up. I called and left a voicemail asking it she was still coming. I haven't heard a thing.
