Chasco Inc.

This is now the third project we have used Chasco, Inc. for and we continue to be pleased with not only the pricing and collaboration but also the finished product. We just completed a first floor renovation of our laundry room and a playroom. The space is completely transformed and we have loved having the additional functional space for our kids. Both Mark and Al listened to our vision, and provided options that would fit into our budget. Once the quote came through, our project started within a week and we were completed within a month, even over the holidays. We are very happy with our experience!

The biggest issue we experienced when trying to finish our basement and build out our mudroom was the lack of communication from most contractors these days. That completely changed when we connected with Mark and the team at Chasco. Mark was communicative, reliable and always followed up when he said he would. The thorough proposal made us very comfortable moving forested and the continuous communication throughout kept us confident that the project was being completed as expected. The work the team did was amazing. Weâ re extremely happy with our investment and our new mudroom + new basement!

Chasco, Inc. did a complete renovation of our master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, and downstairs living area. The transformation was amazing. Allyn, the Chasco construction sales manager, helped take our design ideas and turn them into a functional layout and a constructable set of plans. The luxurious shower is a personal favorite, and we now have a laundry closet which has made the task so much easier and convenient for us. Throughout the construction process, Mark the project manager had a way of making us feel as though we were his only customer with all the attention and responsiveness we could hope for. He respected our personal style while making wonderful suggestions along the way to enhance our ideas or introduce design elements we would never have thought of. When we were unsure about a choice, his confidence and expertise put us at ease. We also found the Chasco carpenters and trades people that worked on the project were experienced and respectful while in our home. A special thank you to Mike and Tim who are amazing carpenters and really represented the company with the utmost professionalism going above and beyond with their customer care. Along the process the management team of Mark and Allyn, stopped by regularly to make sure the project was meeting (and exceeding) our expectations. This hands-on approach was the cherry on top to a wonderful experience. I am a very picky customer, and the Chasco team never made me feel like a burden. They were always accommodating and made sure they delivered on a quality project that exceeded our expectations.
