June, 2019. He first asked the town where I lived before giving me a price. Since I was so close by, I can only assume he figures he can get more money from people in this town. He charged $325 for cleaning a room size rug. Extremely overcharged. I am not even sure it’s thoroughly clean. Did not appear so to me.

It went exceedingly well. Jamilla and her staff were professional, courteous and timely. They delivered exactly what I requested. The carpets they cleaned were beautifully done. The padding was cut to size and provided an excellent cushion. Overall, a five star rating is well deserved. I would recommend to friends and family without reservation.

was still left with dog hair in between my cushions and what felt like just a surface clean. I brought the lady who was very nice back to ask if she was able to get between the cushions and she told me the tool she had couldn’t get in there. I was thinking that for a professional company they wwould have all sorts of tools that could get more detailed but I ended up having to call a close friend and get help moving the couch around so i can access the detachable velcro area to vacuum this myself just after they left. Afterward, I called to express my concerns and I felt attacked by the owner Mark who was very aggressive and became very defensive with me over the phone. He used the word “*****” and retracted to say...what “beef” said I have with him? I had a hard time trying to express myself and felt very frustrated with his demeanor toward me when I was trying to understand what a couch cleaning entails and wondering why they were not able to clean the areas I was really hoping for. When you reach out to a professional company and hire them you hope they spend the time cleaning every area that you can’t and that if they cant they can work something out with you and not feel attacked. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"Thank you to Angies List allowing me to respond to this uncalled for negative review. The woman and helper who cleaned this sofa have been working together for many years and are so efficient that they hardly talk to each when working together. This woman was astounded how fast this crew was able to complete the cleaning and deodorizing. She felt that the minimum of $150.00 was too much to pay based on the time that the crew was there. Her complaints are ridiculous as she wanted to nitpick whatever she could, only to make her case. When she called me, she demeaned our work and was insulting “I can do a better job by renting a steamer” She also told me that the reason that she called us to clean the sofa was that she was pregnant and didn’t want to do it herself. She wanted a portion of the $150.00 returned which I refused. Then she said she was going on Social Media to let others know!!!! To her specific complaint: the back flap on the recliner portion of sofa was not unattached from the Velcro- keep in mind the back flaps were cleaned on outside of material like we always have done. As far as in between the cushions for her dog hair-the crew got as deep as they could and removed what they could remove. After dealing with the public for over 40 years, those clients who have used our services are usually extremely pleased with our results and related pricing. She smeared us on another website whereby we can not respond to a negative review!! Who knows how many other sites she found to badmouth us!! Thank you Angies List Mark"

These guys are amazing. I was literally getting ready to throw some furniture out because it was so badly stained. I have a two year old and she had continuously spilled milk, rubbed in peanut butter, dropped noodles with olive oil, the works! - on our upholstered bar stools. We had more minor stains and wear on our couch, two living room chairs and 4 dining room chairs. Everything looks almost brand new. I was truly amazed. They were incredibly responsive and came about two days after we called. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The staff was very knowledgeable, fair, quick, and clean. The quote came in at $300 less than a competitor. The owner gave me the name of a product to use on my own to help with stains caused by my kids and dogs in between professional cleanings. I would have never known they were here if the carpets didn't take time to dry.

After having Aladdin come and clean our wall to wall carpeting, we asked them to come to clean our very old and shabby upholstery. I thought maybe we didn't need to get the couch done but after the cleaning the colors really stood out, and the newsprint and dirt on the three chairs was gone. Also the crew of Thomas and Jamilla were just great. Such hard workers, and pleasant and informative as well.

This went extremely well. Two people came to do the work and they were right on time. They cleaned two rooms plus a stairway that had carpeting. The work was very thoroughly and efficiently done. The carpeting looked so much better, just like new! I am planning to ask them to clean our upholstered furniture in the near future.

About a year or so ago, I had Aladdin clean my oriental carpet. At that time I was very pleased with their work and didn't hesitate to contact them again about the upholstery cleaning. I had an appointment in less than a week and the upholstery on my large sectional sofa was extremely well done in less than an hour. The fabric is light, so I had my doubts it could be effectively cleaned, but it looks fantastic at a very reasonable price!

Talked to Mark via text message to schedule carpet cleaning. He asked how many rooms and I said it was a living room, two bedrooms and a hallway. He did not ask for the size of the rooms and said it should be between $125-$150. I moved the furniture out the night before the cleaners arrived. I was not home when they came to clean the carpets, but my wife was. My wife was home and given a bill for $280. When I contacted Mark, he said it was my fault for not providing the correct measurements. I can undertand things costing more than expected, but not double. Seems like a scam to me. I'm waiting to hear back from Mark.

"3 average size rooms and and a hallway generally would be 400-500 sq. ft. $125-$150. However his rooms were huge and measured over 1,000 sq. ft. At our .30 per foot which includes prespotting, pretreating, deodorizing, rinsing and extracting comes to $300..00. His wife was present for most of the cleaning and was very pleased with the results. She was given a $20.00 discount making the charge $280.00. My wife and her helper were there and left two voice mails to [Member Name Removed] to explain the situation.. We apologize for any miscommunication My team did a great job!!. Mark"

Excellent cleaning job which is why I will use them again. There was a communications problem regarding when the service was to be performed via the Angie's List messaging. Once I spoke with the proprietor directly we got the date and time worked out to my satisfaction.

I visited their website and decided to give them a call to inquire about having my carpets cleaned. The owner, Mark, was very nice and told me he may be able to get a crew here that very day. I thought that was great and asked him to go ahead. An hour later Jamilla and Thomas arrived and quickly got to work. I had removed the smaller pieces of furniture and I was very pleased when Jamilla and Thomas cleaned beneath my sofa, easy chairs, and tables. They did a great job cleaning the carpet and even gave me some helpful hints ie. what products to use when spot cleaning. The lovely, fresh fragrance was an extra bonus! I will definitely be calling them again.
