Fantastic. Work finished on time. Answered all my questions. Car is running as good as new. I will bring my car here in the future for any type of repair work they do on cars. Best car repair experience I have had in 47 years of driving.

dropped car off at 11AM. Received call at 3PM (4 hours) later that the job was completed

They determined what the issue was, cleaned, and lubricated the transmission throttle linkage that had seized up.
We had the vehicle towed in on a Sunday.
I spoke to the Aamco rep over the phone concerning mechanical issue.
They diagnosed the issue.
They called to let me know what the issue was, the cost, and the time to complete the repair.
They made arrangements for us to pick up the vehicle and pay for the repair work.
We arrived 30 minutes after normal closing time on a Friday afternoon and they stayed late in order to accommodate our arrival time. 
Service was excellent. Price was reasonable.
Pleased with the work performed.
The vehicle shifts better than any time in the last year that we owned it.

My truck died and was towed to a dealer near by and was given a price to fix , I then called them and they gave me a better price and came and picked up the vehicle and brought it there for repair ,saved money over the dealers price and got it done by a specialist in transmissions ,hopefully I wont ever need another one but if I do then I would go to them

Saturn 2001 SL2, automatic transmission would not shift above third gear! Paul Quirk, one of the owners, after warning me of the possible high cost, with my permission disassembled the transmission the next day and showed me the problem: the tip of a small retaining pin had worked loose and wedged itself into where it prevented the shifting into 4th gear. He patiently showed me how it all worked and I was impressed with the care they took on a complex mechanism. He also led me through a thorough inspection under the car to show there was little structural rust and likely a few years' more use of the car. I was impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm, and went ahead with it even though it cost about the value of the old car! They promised they'd have it done within 3 business days, and also got me a discount rental car from Enterprise nearby. Afterward, he had me drive it around a couple hundred miles for the new transmission parts to break in and "learn" my personal shifting timing, which is what it felt like actually happened. A certain jumpiness in shifting gradually smoothed out to become unnoticeable. He rechecked it two weeks later, and I also had him do the NH State Inspection, which it of course passed.
