 + -1 moreNick delivered a beautifully scraped, stained and finished house. It looks great and gets many compliments from the neighbors. Nick had a challenge with the cold wet spring getting started. Not his fault but he kept a steady communication to keep me aware of when he could start. In the end it worked out perfectly. He started the weekend I left for vacation and after the roofing was completed. He only had one day's work left when I returned. He and his employee were considerate and pleasant to the neighbors who checked in on the work from time to time. The only hiccup I could mention is a minor communication error in my not clearly stating that I would remove the storms for him to paint the exterior sash and frames inside the storms. The storms needed removal from the interior which he did not have access. Problem solved when I returned and agreed to pay for a few hours more labor.
Description of Work: Paint my lakeside year round house with a solid stain. Discuss the paint job, problems, preparation issues, solutions, timing and materials. Guide us in material vendors and paint grade selection. Prepare, scrape and sand all surfaces. Clean up debris. Solid stain entire exterior, doors and window frames.

Description of Work: Nick completed painting a bedroom, loft, staircase, large open living area, kitchen, bath, hallway and entry-way over a period of time starting in 2011 and continues to complete other inside and outside projects I have today. He has painted my fences and outdoor trim also. He is exceptionally careful and very professional at what he does. I have had many painters in my day and he is undoubtedly, the very best.
