This was not the case for KTD. They simply pointed out that brakes and tires were starting to get to the point where they should be replaced and provided and estimate of how long until service will be needed on those items.
Honesty is the best attribute for choosing an auto service shop and KTM demonstrated that!
He really took the time to explain the process, my options and give me a solid price quote and time estimate before booking my appointment. The services were performed within the time that was estimated for all of the work to be done and the best part - he came in under the price quote! I was so impressed with the quality of service! Honesty and integrity are hard to find in the auto repair industry nowadays, but KTM definitely exemplifies these values. If I hadn't moved across the country, I would definitely use them as my regular maintenance shop! I highly recommend KTM Auto!
