PEST-END

Two visits per year are covered in the contract, which has no expiration date; it automatically renews unless the customer cancels 30 days in advance in writing. It states that there is no additional charge if retreatment is needed. It also states that they will treat the exterior every Spring and Fall without notification.
The treatment was satisfactory, but a bit expensive ($210 per visit). Their first visit was December 3, 2013 to treat for mice. They probably came once the following spring [2014] to treat for ants. I prefer to be notified before home services and had requested they phone first. This condition was added to the contract I signed. I don't remember if they called or not and can't find a record of the spring treatment, but think it occurred. 
When an invoice for the second year arrived in September I was surprised, expecting the annual renewal to be in December since that was when my service had begun. I phoned about the invoice, and being unhappy with automatic contract renewals as well as uncertain that I would be notified before treatments, as had been agreed, decided to cancel. 
Despite the "30 days in advance in writing" requirement, the person I spoke to agreed to cancel my contract immediately. She then confirmed that I would not be charged and that I had a zero balance.

They were very courteous, and treated all around the 1st floor, basement and foundation. The service was quick and effective.
They had to come back once due to the fact the material used for treatment in one spot had dried a little too fast. Overall they were very effective. We had tried Combat and other treatments available in stores, but had little effect on the bugs.
I would easly recommend Pest-End to anyone looking for a cost effective way to rid themselves of pests. From conversations with the techs, they also have treatments for other pests.

They are cheerful, friendly, and competent. They did a very good job when we had problems with carpenter ants and silver fish.
