"Hi Ally, we actually do have our own equipment and you asked us to use your mower and were happy with the job all 3 times. You just did not want to pay your bill and tried to pay us with tools in your garage which we declined and instead of having a regular conversation you blocked us then proceed to give a bad review. I have been talking with customer service and sharing your screenshots from text which you even said you did not want to lose a great company by blowing us off over and over again for us to collect the payment that was due. Do better and have a nice day."
