Description of Work: Boundary Surveying: completed a perimeter boundary and topographic survey of the property. Topographic and cultural details were located and shown on the plat as listed in the “Boundary Plat” section. This task included deed research, measurements by infrared laser, boundary computations, computer aided drafting, setting final lot monuments, and the drafting of the plat. Boundary Plat: prepared a plat of the property showing the existing conditions. Plan details included: names and addresses of current abutters, general site location map, boundaries of entire parcel, area in square feet and acres, buildings, setback lines, water courses, significant natural and man-made features, location of significant trees and foliage lines, location of existing water and sewer service to the extent that information is available, location of visible overhead easements and lines, zoning district boundaries and land use designation. Property Size: Residential 1.42 acres.
