The thing that we are all saying along with everyone who has seen our new house is that we hired the right guy. This was the first time we have built a house and Bob Heywood helped us through the whole process from drawings, permits and applications to the final lawn grading and planting grass. Out of all the builders that we met with Bob was the only one that showed up with a price. We were on a strict budget and building a house that was six hours away. Bob kept us updated at all times and even had us stay at his house during our visits.
I kept telling Bob that all your instincts are on target. Bob continuously offered suggestions regarding items that are inexpensive now that we had not thought of for future use. The craftsmanship of our new house is excellent along with the look we were looking for.
The work ethic is very strong braving very cold winter conditions and working seven days a week to finish on time. You will not find a more customer oriented builder always going above and beyond to make you say wow at every little custom touch to your new house.
