Ed's Stump Grinding

Ed was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Work was performed in a timely manner and there were no problems.

This was a very small job and there was a minimum fee of $75.  I needed to get it done so the cost was fine but more that it was actually worth.  They were responsive in coming out and got the job done as promised.

Ed was very professional, very polite and very good at what he does.  I will certainly contact Ed if I ever need such services again.

A local landscaper had told me Ed's was the best price for stump grinding. I still waited several years, thinking the job would cost a lot more than it did. But I wanted to plant lilacs in place of the old tree, so decided to get the stump ground out before flowers came this spring. Ed came within a couple days of my contacting him, and charged what I think was a very good price for the job.

Ed grinded down three small stumps that enables us to turn in our drive way. He got all the tree stumps out in less than an hour. He does not, however, remove the stump chips, some of them very large. Ed made this clear before I offered him the job. My only complaint is that he just showed up one afternoon without calling. It would have been better to have been notified so that someone would be home. I would also have had time to rake up all the mulch to restore it later. For the price, however, I can overlook that one area.
