Overall, the project went very well. I didn't hire Bill directly, but instead he was hired by the store from which the windows were purchased. His team showed up when expected, and moved the job along at a good pace. They removed and installed about 2 windows in about two weeks. There were some minor workmanship issues such as uneven joint compound on one patched wall, and a splintered length of trim installed around one of the windows, but the problems were small and few relative to the overall job. We had a problem with shrinking of a trim piece after the job, and Bill was very quick to respond and help us rectify the problem. 

As I stated above, Bill was nothing but professional and catered to our needs. I highly recommend Bill to anyone in and around the Southern New Hampshire area.

The company was subcontracted by a Window supplier local. Bill and his crew started shortly after the windows were delivered. Getting the whole job done took about twice as long as originally planned because due to the very cold weather the crew sometimes could only work 1 or 2 days a week. Some parts were more difficult than expected like disassembling and putting back together siding on the third floor. Other parts took quite a bit longer like redoing a previous poor siding job on one wall. Depsite that, they did a meticulous job installing each window without cutting corners and we are very happy with the result.
