Mr.Barton was at our house the day after the storm. He even assisted with the removal of the tree (though he would not have been able to do so if a crane had been needed). He ordered the window and two days after it arrived in MA, he was at the house and installed it.
He also does roofing, gutters and siding, but we have not yet had experience with that. However, in the past he installed five doors for us and many many windows, all of which are everything we hoped for.
