+ 2 moreMr.Barton was at our house the day after the storm. He even assisted with the removal of the tree (though he would not have been able to do so if a crane had been needed). He ordered the window and two days after it arrived in MA, he was at the house and installed it. He also does roofing, gutters and siding, but we have not yet had experience with that. However, in the past he installed five doors for us and many many windows, all of which are everything we hoped for.
Description of Work: Mr. Al Barton replaced a window that had been smashed when a tree hit the house as a result of hurricane Irene. In the past he installed new windows and doors in the whole house. He installs Ideal windows. However, what is exceptional is the quality of his workmanship and how he follows up if something breaks. For example, two screens were ripped because something hit them. He replaced/repaired them for free. He absolutely installs dependably and seamlessly and stands by his product and workmanship. The price cited above included other small problems he fixed for us, including putting something to prevent the front door threshold from rotting due to humidity and sealing our bulkhead. He is a super craftsman of great integrity with truly competitive and reasonable prices. We could not recommend him more.
