Description of Work: CALLED PROVIDER 3 TIMES FOR QUOTE FOR NEW ROOF ON MY HOUSE. ACTUALLY SPOKE WITH A LIVE PERSON TWICE. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK TO DESCRIBE THE JOB AND REQUEST A QUOTE.
