"We were hired to remove two layers of rolled roofing on the flat portion of roof. Disposed of all debris and applied tar and rolled roofing. There was a problem in the top portion of roofing which we were not aware about at the time. We went back a second time, striped the roof again paid for all disposal and labor. Home owner bought new membrane, which we applied. The problem was resolved everyone was happy. We were never contacted again, now there is a bad report on our profile almost a year later. We strive for 100% satisfaction."
