Keith scheduled a time to start and did not show. When he finally started the work, but the delays continued. The work was very sloppy and unprofessional, spindles on the railings were not straight and many were split, there were gaps in places that there should not have been and the work area was littered with empty drink containers and cigarette butts. The deck was not attached to the house properly and part way through the winter the deck collapsed. I bolts used were screwed into the sill less than an inch. Not only did Keith's work collapse, it also pulled down the portion of the deck that did not have to be replaced. Now I have to replace his work and the other section. It was a horrible experience, and I would caution anyone who is considering having work done by Keith Bedell - Beware!
