He was unreliable. We tried to get him to come out again and never showed and seemed uninterested. He charged a great deal for his work and felt it was over priced.

Sales experience was very pleasant, with no sales pressure, courteous treatment, and attractive pricing with minimum "negotiation" required. Orford Service Center was willing to exchange an earlier purchase (1999 Ford Escort) at no trade-in penalty. (This purchase was within a week of the exchange for the 2001 Buick). I highly recommend this dealer for used car purchase, and also utilize them for repairs. Repair experience has been quite good also.
