I called Kevin because there was a puddle of water on the cellar floor. He said the leak was caused from condensation not a leak in the system. Last year I had my oil company check out a puddle. They told me I had big problems if there was another puddle on the floor. Kevin said the puddle was caused from being installed wrong in the first place. He changed a couple of settings and said it should be fine. So far so good.

kevin came over looked at the issue and was able to cut the pipe and stop the leak in the downstairs basement........also had a busted pipe in the garage and kevin took care of that .........kevin did a great job was a pro next time there is an issue with the heat wont hesitate to call him again.

We were provided Marshall Heating Service information from our oil provider and called him early morning January 28th. He indicated he could respond that afternoon and did so (he even called saying he was on his way as he was slightly behind schedule). Open arrival he inspected the furnace and advised he knew the problem and had the parts in the truck to fix it. He was very professional and patiently explained exactly what he did to fix the furnace and detailed the bill with the info. He takes great pride in his work and said that if we had any problem at all with the repairs to immediately call him and he would respond. It's been a few days now and the furnace is working great!
